Hopefully, not.
Almost every man wears a medium condoms. You could almost say that the medium condom is the universal condom.

Yes If he enters at all there is always a possibility that you can get pregnant wear a condom!
If the condom is used right she can not. It has to fit perfectly, be whole and not break or slide off and if he is inside if her it has to be on at all time.
It is possible, but unlikely to get pregnant from sperm on your vagina.
DO NOT HAVE SEX! Or, use protection when you do have sex. However, no protection is 100% reliable. Some examples of protection are a condom or the pill. The condom is something that a man puts over his penis before sex and it catches the sperm and prevents it from travelling to fertilise the egg. The pill is a pill that a woman takes and it stops her from releasing an egg, so she can't get pregnant
you know thats fake right?
Yes actually, in seahorses. In humans it is not possible for a biological male to have children, although scientists are searching for ways to allow men to carry babies and then deliver them by C-section but as of now this is impossible. There is a case, however, of a transgendered man in Oregon that is having a baby. The man, Thomas Beatie, was born a woman and later in life transitioned into a man. Beatie opted not to have his reproductive organs removed. His wife is unable to bear children, so he was artificially inseminated and is now pregnant. CORRECTIONS: actually the male seahorse isn't pregnant. the female puts her eggs into him is all he just has the babies but he isn't the one that gets pregnant really.
Meaning sexual intercourse. The man puts his penis up the womans vagina firmly. This is also known as "making love". You could have a baby but if you use a condom you are more safe.
You may mean a "condom". This is a word that refers to protection against getting a woman pregnant. A man may wear a condom on his penis when having sex. Most condoms are made of latex, but some are made of lambskin. A condom can also prevents some diseases: there are studies which show that using a condom can prevent the spread of the AIDS virus, for example.
That depends how how old you are. If you are in your teens, then I would defiantly say no it is not alright for you to get pregnant by a 28 year old man.
Technically, yes. But the chances are lower than if you continue until the man ejaculates. "Pre-cum" from a man can contain viable sperm from previous ejaculations.
No
There is no such thing as a women getting pregnant on purpous. Both man and women should protect themselves from pregnancy at all times. It takes two people. Men should start to take responsility and use condoms no matter what. Even if your partner tells you that they are fully protected that is not true. Always use a condom if you have no interest in having children IT'S THAT SIMPLE. Now be a man and do the right thing.
