No you can't be pregnant. Basically you saying there was nothing between you. You cannot get pregnant just because he tried to but couldn't even get it there. I have a baby myself, I know what I'm talking about. If He did not release sperm or ejaculate, then the egg could not get fertilized. If you are still unsure, then take a pregnancy test.
