Stop 'N' Swop was a feature that was supposed be (but wasn't) in Rare's Banjo-Kazooie N64 games. (The XBLA versions have included it though.) It was mean't to transfer some specific secrets from Banjo-Kazooie to Banjo-Tooie. To do this you would've had to pause 'Kazooie and (very) quickly swop 'Kazooie for 'Tooie, thus transfering your secrets.

This not true for two reasons i have in mind. 1. the 64 does not have much memory so they can not make to much in one game. 2. because tooie wasnt out yet and even thought they were planing it they did not have any levels compltely animated yet.

I think I know what you mean here. There's an upgrade for Kazooie called Dragon Kazooie, which you get by finding the Mega Glowbo and taking it to Humba. But you can't have anything in the backpack other than Kazooie, in either of her forms.
