Without steroids No.

The reason why a muscle gets stronger is by working it out is because the body grows more muscle fibers and thus adding to your muscle mass in response to the new strain you're adding to them by exercise.

This process takes 3 to 5 weeks and there is no real noticeably significant raise in physical strength for 2 to 4 months.

In short the body can't produce the needed fibers and mass to "raise your strength" in 5 days.
