No, there aren't any prestige lobbies for PS3 as of yet. When GeoHot successfully hacks the PS3, others will follow and PS3 modded lobbies shouldn't be far away... (We hope!)
Modded lobbies work by altering files on the game disc and then booting up the game with the new altered files. Therefore, we will need a PS3 ISO Loader, which will take a while seeing as the hypervisor on PS3 is a lot better than the 360 one as it takes Blu-Rays...
(A hypervisor is the part of the console that checks to see if the disc is authentic, you nned to trick this to be able to play pirate games... Which makes modded lobbies illegal, unless you've copied your own disc!)
