Use your common sense here. If you could legally watch movies that were in theatres online for free, then nobody would go see them in theatres.

you could use icefilms.info you could also watch the movie there for free on your browser. just search for the movie you want to watch. (in this case 8 mile, which i know is on that website.) you really don't have to use the divx player or whatever, just watch on megavideo. it will stop 72 minutes in, but it only makes you wait about 31 minutes, and there are no commercials or anything.
You could try Netflix. It has a one month free trial, but I don't know if they instant movies is part of the trial package or not.
