there is no train service between belfast international airport and belfast city centre, however there is a dedicated bus service that leaves every hour and leaves you at the bus station at the rear of the europa hotel in belfast city centre. it takes approx 45 minutes.
What you would do is get to the Europa Bus Centre, the main bus station in Belfast. From there you can a bus every hour, on the hour to Dublin. Just check that it does stop off at Dublin Airport, as some of them may not do.

It is about 92 kilometres or 57 miles from Belfast to Dundalk. You would be better to get a bus from Belfast to Dundalk. You would get one from the Europa bus depot in the city centre. They are very regular and far cheaper than getting a taxi. Dundalk is on the route from Belfast to Dublin.
