yes, it's possible, but don't get your hopes up too high. It all depends on how you broke up, why and what your mistakes were. If you cheated, you probably won't ever get him back and if you do the trust will be gone. It depends on who his new girlfriend is... does it seem like he really loves her? Or are they always just kissing and "doing stuff" if so, he's probably just using her and there's a big chance you guys can get back together.
but as i said.. dont get your hopes up too high, you might end up just getting super hurt and depressed
