You can usually get any surgery your parents are willing to pay for. You should wait to see if your overall growth catches up to your nose's growth. There are so many complications that can arise from any surgery and you're still so young. Many young people see themselves as ugly, when they're actually quite attractive. The fashion media has us all convinced that we should be stick-thin, with a small nose and full, pouting lips. Some people want to look like their favorite celebrity, but you don't know how many surgeries they've suffered through to achieve the "natural looks" they claim they "were born with". Plastic surgery can become additive; my sister has had five surgeries for different parts of her body, and she's still not satisfied. Look at Michael Jackson. Because he, or his father could not (or would not) accept his ethnic heritage of a large nose, full lips and dark skin, Michael has gone through decades of surgery. Today, his skin is gray, rather white; he's had his nose operated on so many times, the skin can no longer heal over what is left of his nose. He's had his lips reshaped and decreased so many times, he really doesn't have much 'lip' left. He's had his chin and his eyes reshaped and he's straightened his hair, all in an effort to be anything but what he really is: a black man with a horrible self-image. He now looks like those drawings of the Gray Aliens that have been 'abducting' humans. So, unless you have trouble breathing, or your nose makes you fall forward into your dinner plate, wait a few more years. "Anything worth having is worth waiting for."

How old do yo have to be to get your nose pierced?

I am 14 years old, and I recently got my nose pierced. Many piercing places vary with the age that you're allowed. There is no law with nose piercings, like there is with tattoos, but many places recommend 13 years of age, with parental consent, and 16 years of age with ID. I hope this helped:)
