Of COURSE you get the cat to a vet. The reason people are asking for prescribing information is that, it is a holiday, after 5:00, no vets available in other words. I myself AM a vet tech. Valium for cats turns out to be YES in low doses. Don't be so quick to condescend.

∙ 10y agoAnimals can be given Valium to help the calm down for grooming or other procedures. However, the dosages for animals are much different that humans. A vet should be consulted before given any type of medicine to a pet.
