1. GBA can only transfer over to DS, not the other way around.
2. HG/SS are counted as 4th gen. and because of that even if you could trade from DS, it couldn't be with those two specific games, because of the fact that there would be a possibility of 4th gen. Pokemon getting into a 3rd gen. game.
