**Correction/Improvement**
It is difficult to know whether a dog has a fever or not. A dry nose does not indicate fever. The most accurate indicator of a fever in a dog is the old fashioned thermometer up the rear.
However, one dose of aspirin will not harm your dog and may make it more comfortable while waiting for your vet appt.
A typical aspirin dose is 5 to 10 mg per pound (10 to 20 mg/kg) twice daily for dogs. Always give with food.
Never give a dog any type of human medicine UNLESS recommended by a vet. But I think you shouldn't because aspirin was made for humans NOT dogs. Go to the vet and ask for a prescription to give the dog.
do NOT do that.
Aspirin can reduce fever and is an analgesic. If you have tonsillitis, that might make you a little more comfortable so long as it does not upset your stomach or interact badly with any other drugs you are taking. Do not give aspirin to a child because of the potential to cause Reye's syndrome (see link).
DO NOT GIVE ASPIRIN OR TYLENOL-- IT IS POISONOUS TO CATS!!! CALL A VET EMERGENCY LINE BEFORE PROCEEDING OR YOU COULD KILL THE CAT.
Are you dumb of course not i mean your so stupid you thing you give your dog asprin i can tell you what you give asprin you

I'd check with your vet first, aspirin can upset the stomach, not all antbiotics will agree with pets, if your vet gave you the amoxicillin did they mention to give aspirin also? Aspirin not recommended by your vet can be fatal to your dog. Never ever give aspirin made for human consumption to your dogs.
No you can't give it aspirin because it would choke wait until 1 year or 2 and then you could give it aspirin.
aspirin is contraindicated for cortiosteroids users in not real question because both aspirin and corticosteroids can be given simultaneously but the main things is to monitor the drugs ie if there is some gastrointestinal disorder excessive use of aspirin may cause gastrointestinal disorder. suppose in case of kidney "nephrotic syndrome" we can give both aspirin is given if there is thrombus in the renal vessel and corticosteroids is given to reduce supress the inflammation.
Baby aspiring can be given to dogs every 8 to 12 hours. Do not give your dog baby aspirin without consulting your veterinarian.
Aspirin can be given to help reduce fever in dogs, but since a dog's fever (unlike humans) is usually caused by something that requires medical attention by a professional, I would recommend having a vet check the dog. But if you know what is causing your dog's fever, and that it's safe to treat it yourself, the amount of aspirin to give a dog is 10 - 35 mg per kg of body weight every 8 - 12 hours. To calculate your dog's body weight from pounds to kg, you would multiply its weight in pounds by .454. For example, if your dog weighs 30 pounds, you would multiply 30 x .454, which = 13.61 kg in body weight. You would then multiply this by the dosage amount to determine how much to give to the dog. So for a dog that weighs 30 pounds, it would be 13.62 kg x 20 mg of aspirin (going with the mid range dosage of aspirin), which would be one 325 mg aspirin tablet. It is best to give the dog buffered aspirin to help avoid stomach upset. You can also bathe your dog in tepid water (slightly above room temperature) to help bring its temperature down. If the dog is too large to pick it up and put in a bath tub, you can use a container of water and a sponge or large cloth. Dip the cloth in the water, then wipe down the dog with it, dipping the cloth in the water as often as needed to keep it cool. The most effective areas of the dog to wipe is the stomach, abdominal and chest areas, and under it's front and hind legs. These areas have much less hair, so the water will be able to reach the skin much better. Do this every 20 minutes until the dog's fever has come down. If the dog's fever does not come down within an hour, or if it goes higher, you need to contact your vet. If your vet is not available after hours, contact your nearest emergency after hours animal clinic. They will also often give advice over the phone, and not charge for it.
A bull doesn't give birth because a bull is a male. The female, a cow, gives birth to the bull's offspring, and they are called calves.
NEVER give your dog Tylenol or Motrin, only aspirin!!! I repeat never anything but aspirin!! Tylenol is toxic!!
Normally, candy won't give you a fever. If the person is allergic to an ingredient in the candy, then a fever or worse may result.
