Playing against a 4-3-3 the best formation according to me Would be 4-5-1 with 4 defenders 2 defensive mid fielders and 1 center mid (who isnt that attacking) 2 attacking mid fields! And 1 striker! the Center mid and one of the 2 defensive mid should have pace and control! the mid and the defensive mid run hard when the ball is in their possession and feed the ball to the attacking mids of striker and keep running forward so they can give support! Hope this helps :)
mid condition! Its a confusing play on words!!

You could use the CONCATENATE function or the & operator. The following two formulas will do the exact same thing. They both use the MID function to extract two pieces of text and then combine them into one piece of text. =CONCATENATE( MID( A2, 2, 3 ), MID( A3, 2, 4 ) ) =MID( A2, 2, 3 ) & MID( A3, 2, 4 )
