If you are asking whether you have to get the artwork printed yourself, and then sell them through DeviantART (like you would on ebay), then no - DeviantART does all the printing itself. All you have to do is create the artwork, submit it to your profile and then submit it as a print. Whenever someone orders a print, you get the payment and DeviantART does the printing and the sending.
