No, dogs should not be given ibuprofen (including Advil).

No
*****Improvement*****You can give a dog ibuprofen. The therapeutic range is very narrow. Other NSAIDS are much safer (especially prescription drugs from the vet). Aspirin is a safer OTC alternative.
The usual dose in dogs for ibuprofen is 2.5 to 4 mg per pound. Always with food.
The usual aspirin dose is 5 to 10 mg per pound. Always with food.
Dose info from PetPlace
No, dogs are not small humans and do not react well to human medications. Over the counter human pain medications (Tylenol, Advil, Aleve, aspirin, etc.) are particularly toxic to dogs and even a small dose can be fatal.
Yes, advil (ibuprofen) has the potential to harm a dog. Even at low doses, advil can cause vomiting, diarrhoea and gastric ulceration in dogs. At higher doses, acute renal failure and coma are possible.
Please contact your vet if your dog requires pain relief.
No, you shouldn't give children's advil to dogs.
While children's advil is a lower dose, it is still not advisable to give it to dogs. Dogs can have side effects when given relatively low doses of ibuprofen (including any form of advil) - including vomiting, diarrhoea and gastric ulceration. If your dog requires pain relief, please contact your vet.
NO.
If you take vyvanse during the day but need help falling asleep at night, try half of an advil pm. it works for me, and the dr. said it's not harmful.
Yea
Lol no!
Yes for adults
It's generally not a good idea to mix drugs. Why not take just one drug, Tylenol PM or Advil PM?
No, it is not safe and may cause a reaction.
Ty Jones
yes
Advil PM might contains an antihistaminic drug that enhance adverse effects of Ativan (dizziness, sedating, nausea). It is not dangerous, but you might avoid that.
Advil-PM contains Benadryl (diphenhydramine, an antihistamine) and Clarinex is also an antihistamine, though of another type. I wouldn't take both. Try using plain Advil with a different antihistamine, Zyrtec, which also has a sedating effect.
No you cannot take them together
Advil is fastest. Tylonol and Aleve have extra coatings.
