yes you can after you come back from the distortion world, you will find urself in a place called the spring path (just down from veilstone city and there is a cave. Im not sure of the pattern, buts its kinda a maze and its kinda easy. Then, when you get to the right room, it will be all dark. There will be a poke ball and a small white circle. You can pick up the poke ball and there will be an item inside. Press a beside the white swirl and itll ask you if you want to go to the distortion world. Press yes and youll be there! You can leave and come back as much as you want, plus if you pick up the poke ball, a new poke ball will be in its place!
