Can you go to the Hoenn Region in Pokemon soul silver?

You cannot access the Hoenn Region in Pokemon SoulSilver. The only two regions you may access are the Johto and Kanto regions. All other regions cannot be accessed in SoulSilver.
It's impossible to get to the Hoenn region in Soul Silver and Heart Gold. There is a pokewalker route called the Hoenn Field, but you need a whopping 500000 watts to get it.
For one thing, you can't go to the Hoenn region in SoulSilver or HeartGold.

But, you can obtain Hoenn Pokemon. Every Wednesday, on your Pokegear radio, on channel in the top left corner, there will be a special show that will play route 101 music. Play it in the grass and you have a chance at obtaining Hoenn Pokemon.
