When you go to the fossil center all the way on the left wall you will see a door. Go through it and head all the way down it. When you reach the end of it go through the big door on the end and you will be there. The time machine is a big blue platform but you have to help Mr. Diggins complete it first. You can't go to the area until you beat chapter 5 or 6.You also can't use the time machine until you beat the game.
