You can't have 10 babies at once in one family and i don't know if you can have 10 babies at once on sims 2.
if you want to have them all at the same time i don't think it's possible. but if you want them to be born separately them you will have to do it each time.and you can't have more than 8 Sims in your house at once
Here is your answer Tredecaplets :)
decaplets are 10 baby born at the same time ten babies are in decaplets
No you do not need to be in the same room or lot at the same time
no Ten offspring = decuplets
As many you want but you can only have up to 10 people in one house at a time and if a sim has to much 'woohoo' he/she might die of ehustion, it can happen.
Twins = 2 babies Triplets =3 babies Quadruplets =4 babies Quintuplets = 5 babies Sextuplets = 6 babies Septuplets = 7 babies Octuplets = 8 babies Nonuplets = 9 babies Decuplets (10)
Well firstly a fish can only give birth to 5 babies at the same time. Whales can give birth to greater than 10 babies!
OK ITS a long process's fist you can have 6 babies then you let them grow into adults (which takes long) then they grow up and you have 4 more kids ...6+4=10
No, your sims can not have any children on the PS2 version.

Gray squirrels have 4 babies at one time depending on their maturity
