Right now it's all rumors. Nintendo is still working on it and aren't sure if it's EVEN going to happen. Why? Because the DSi has all the requirement's, but they're having trouble reaching the Skype team for permission to put Skype on DSis. Hopefully, Skype will happen. Well at least not in while.
