Yes you can,it is basically like the PC game where you can have as many babies as you want.Because on The Sims 3 PC game all you do is relax on your bed with your husband,boyfriend,best friend (that is a boy),and then click on them and it will say Try for baby and you would click that to have a baby and it would take not that long to grow in the mothers stomache and wouldn't take long to fully grow atall.
