No. Revolvers require proper timing of the cylinder to ensure that the chamber being fired lines up correctly with the barrel. To make such a cylinder as you describe, you would really have to manufacture a new pistol - or at a very minimum, a whole new trigger mechanism - to go with it in order to maintain proper cylinder timing. For what you'd get out of it, it just simply wouldn't be worth the effort put into it.
