not exactly. but you can get up to 2 people (things) following you at one time but one of them has to be Dogmeat (the dog). But i have heard by people that if you kill dogmeat you can have another person (so its really complicated as you can see)
For EXAMPLE: Fawkes (that super mutant dude that u free. p.s you hav to be good) and Dogmeat...the best couple i reckon these guys kickass!
in case u dont no Dogmeat is found at Scrappyard (its north of the minefield i think)
