hmm well i am in no way clued up on this subject but after a quick look around the net it becomes apparent that yes you can have all your teeth replaced with full dental implants this is something i have just started to look at myself. but with not much mentioned about cost , this is probably one of the better alternatives to replacement teeth if ur looking for fixed teeth. it can be done as long as you have enough jaw bone left, this may be determend by if u still have teeth at the time of getting implantes or indeed how long u have been without teeth, as i mentioned before i am in no way a dentist but i think that the longer u have been without teeth then the bone that once held your tooth or teeth will have drasticly reduced in size as it has not ben used and thinks it is fine to shrink down, all this along with what other work your chosen dentist may have to carry out prior to the work being done like removal of old decayed teeth i can only imagine can make the cost run sky high as we all know dentistry is in no way cheap in the first place.an obvious alternative to cost would be to go abroad for treatment i think this way you may even be able to cut the cost by more than half. i hope this helped a little.

How safe is an immediate denture ?

There is no risk with them at all. They are 100% Safe. The Immeadiate Denture is made while you are waiting using a Mold with your Teeth still intact. Once your teeth are removed, they will fit it and file down and spots that feel rough to you.

Are acrylic denture teeth better than plastic denture teeth?

Do you mean the teeth made of acrylic or the plate which holds the teeth made of it? Of the alternatives which I know, you can have individual teeth or even all your teeth replaced by teeth which are screwed into your upper and lower jaws, but it's extremely expensive.

How long after a tooth getting pulled do you have to wait before the implant is put in?

Most often, you don't have to wait at all. You can usually have what is known as an "immediate denture". First, impressions are taken of your mouth as it exists today. From those impressions, the denture is fabricated in a dental lab. When the denture is ready, the remaining teeth are removed and the denture is inserted. You never have to go without teeth. Because this new immediate denture is made by 'predicting' what the arch will be like when the teeth are removed, sometimes several adjustments will need to be made after the denture is seated. This can take several visits to the dentist, but it is all part of the service.

What is a dentures?

A modular denture is a pre-made denture (like a modular house that needs to be put together) it usually comes in sizes like small, medium, and large. It needs to be adapted and fitted to an individual patient by a dentist using a relining material. These dentures are usually used only for emergencies as the quality, fit, and bite are compromised, compared to a custom made denture. They are rarely used and have limited availability and usage.

If you have full set of teeth on top can you where dentures on bottom?

Yes you can but I would stay away from porcelain teeth on that lower denture. They have a tendency to really wear away your natural teeth. Get good quality acrylic teeth for your denture and they will not devastate your opposing natural teeth quite as bad if at all.

What is denture cloning?

Denture clone is a duplicate denture or spare denture. Some dentures are still made with porcelain denture teeth, and with this known fact, a clone denture cannot be made with porcelain denture teeth. Cloned dentures are made for temporary uses such as an emergency backup denture. If you are searching for new dentures, a cloned denture should not be of choice because it is a copy of your original denture. That is if the denture teeth are worn down, so will the cloned denture teeth be worn down. If some of your denture teeth are chipped, so will the cloned denture teeth be chipped as nothing on the denture will change, meaning its structure. If your dentures are loose, then your best solution may be to take your denture to a dentist where it can be relined so that it fits snug. If you are still in the market after you get your denture lined again, your temporary backup denture solution would then be a cloned denture or duplicate denture. 1. It will be an EXACT duplicate of your existing denture made with new, high impact, break- resistant, denture base material (pink gum material). 2. The teeth will be EXACTLY the same shape and size of your original denture. The shade of the teeth can be made lighter or darker upon request. 3. The best candidates are new dentures immediately after they have been fitted and all adjustments have been made because there is no tooth wear, but any denture, new or old, can be cloned. 4. Denture cloning is only suggested for well-fitting, comfortable dentures - the only reason being the duplicate is an exact copy of the original denture. 5. Any necessary repairs to your existing denture, including breakage, missing teeth, holes, thin areas, can and must be repaired before the clone mold is made. 6. Clones are an excellent alternative for elderly, home-bound patients who may have difficulty getting to a dental office. 7. A clone denture eliminates the "breaking in" phase of a new denture. 8. An ideal time for a clone to be made is when your denture needs repair due to a loose tooth or fracture. Your denture will need to go to a dental lab for repair. A clone mold can easily be made at this time.

Which baby teeth can grow back?

All baby teeth are deciduous (they fall out) and do not grow back. However, after they fall out, they are typically replaced by the permanent "adult" teeth. Sometimes, though, the baby teeth don't fall out. And sometimes, the adult teeth don't grow in. But "normally" a child will lose all their teeth and they will be replaced by their permanent teeth.

Is a denture mold the same as dentures?

A denture mold is part of the process in making new dentures. dentures are fabricated in stages: A mold or impression is taken of the anatomical structures in the mouth. The denture teeth are set in a wax material that is stable at mouth temperature, this allows the client to see the cosmetics of the denture and the clinician to check the bite. Once the decision has been made that everything is fine, that wax denture is then put into a flask with plaster. Once the plaster has hardened, the flask is placed into hot water which softens the wax, the flask is then opened and all the wax is removed. You then have a mould into which the acrylic can be placed. So the acrylic replaces the wax component and after processing the acrylic becomes hard. So the mold or mould could be either a term for the impression or a term for the flasking stage when you are making a mold or mold into which the acrylic would be placed to make the denture. We also use the term mold or mould in dentistry to describe the particular shape of denture teeth, teeth come in all shapes and sizes. The dentures themselves are the finished article worn by the client. What is a removable dental bridge?

Removable bridges or removable partial dentures are appliances made to replace one or more missing teeth in an arch. Removable bridges all use the same type of tooth material but are differentiated by the materials used to hold the teeth to the partial denture and the way the partial denture attaches to the two (or more) teeth left in the arch (upper or lower).

What is a good sentence with the word molar?

I had all of my molar teeth removed.

How would you use a mouth guard with false teeth when fighting mma?

You take them out because if you keep them in and have a mouth guard in the denture cuts your mouth all up.

What will the dentist replace the two teeth he pulled with?

You have (possibly) 4 options 1. do nothing, leave a space, and don't replace the teeth 2. possibly a "bridge" or a "fixed partial denture" (FPD) 3. possibly a "plate" or a removable partial denture (RPD) 4. possibly an implant(s) with a crown The answer depends on a variety of factors and will need to be discussed with your dentist. Not all options work in all circumstances.
