Check out how many display ports are on the back of it. The number of display ports should be how many monitors you can connect it too. It won't run games if it does have multi-monitor support, but normal usage should be fine.
Yes, the Nvidia GeForce GTX 480 can be used with a dual-core processor, as it is compatible with systems that have PCIe slots. However, the performance may be limited by the capabilities of the dual-core CPU, especially in CPU-intensive tasks or modern games. To avoid bottlenecks and ensure optimal performance, it's generally recommended to pair the GTX 480 with a more powerful CPU.
Yes a laptop with graphics nvidia geforce gt 750m 4gb processor Intel i7 4702mq quad core memory 16gb ddr3 hard drive 1tb dual specs is good for playing battlefield 4 and Skyrim.
Just one 980ti. The 980ti is technically more powerful than the two 970's alone - and it's really all you need. SLI is difficult for many games and I'd not recommend going the dual route on most cases.
Your processor isn't great, but it's O.K.; however, the Nvidia GeForce 210 is a relatively weak graphics card. If you plan on gaming or using visual software, you will need to upgrade that graphics card or else it will bottleneck your processor (This means that the graphics card will not be able to keep up with the processor and it will result in a glitchy and laggy visual experience). If you want to stick with Nvidia, I would recomend upgrading to the Nvidea GeForce GT 630 or better.

The most advanced consumer video cards are the nVidia GeForce GTX295 and the ATi Radeon HD 5970. Most gaming computers will run two of these in SLi (nVidia) or CrossFire (ATi) format, with two on one computer, or even four linked together for dual-SLi.
You can purchase an NVIDIA dual monitor card online from stores such as Best Buy and Tiger Direct. Alternatively, you can also purchase these cards from retailers such as Newegg.
I've been trying to find the answer for over an hour now..... I almost can't even find anything about the GTX 555 SLI... all searches pretty much bring up the GTX 555M for laptops :(

I don't think so. Usually, a graphics card will automatically disable the VGA port on the motherboard allowing you to only use one or the other. The only way to use dual monitors is to have 2 ports directly on the graphics card.
