Everyone's immune-system is different and the virus could have left your body or the germs could have got killed. Everyone will have flu's, virus's, diseases and bugs for different lenghts of time.
You might wanna get that checked and make sure it's just the flu.
maybe its because the virus is bad and the body takes a while to recover. but if somebody had the flu for that long they should go to the doctor cause it could be another sickness
Determining how long a flu may last anywhere from three days to two weeks. As long as there are symptoms present, the flu is still within your system.
Swine flu can last up to three months if a serious case. my friend was out of school for eight weeks. when she came back she was so far behind she now has to go to an after school class to catch up
Fever and chills are a result of the flu. With the flu comes symptoms such as fatigue, chills, sweating, and fever. The length of these symptoms last no more than two to three weeks.
the swine flu will end this summer
If you haven't already been to the doctor, I would go. Generally the flu does not last that long.
The incubation period of swine flu is 5 to 7 days. If you were actually were exposed 21 days ago, then you are past the incubation time for symptoms to begin occurring from that exposure.
ok im sorry but i have read if you dont get medical care within 48 hours you will have swine flu for a few weeks hoping you are better and eventualy you will die
flu
well it started with the avion flu which mixed with swine flu (the origoinal non-human effecting) then with human flu
yes, because the gestation period of the flu virus is usually between 10-14 days.
There are many different types of flu and the seasonal flu shot only prevents three of the most likely to be circulating flu viruses. So if you happened to get exposed to a type of flu that wasn't in the vaccination, then you could get sick from it.Another reason might be that you caught the flu before you got the flu shot and so there was not time for the shot to work before you got sick.Another reason might be that you got the shot and then were exposed to the flu before your immune system could give you immunity from the vaccination. It takes around two weeks after getting the vaccination for an adult to have full immunity from it. For children under 10, a series of two vaccinations are needed given approximately a month apart, then it takes another few weeks before the body has developed the full immunity, so exposure during any of those time frames before full immunity can cause illness in those children.
Yes. It does contain genetic material of Avian Flu in addition to three types of swine flu and also human flu viruses. (Avian flu is also called "Bird Flu"). When a virus mutates like this one did in pigs with five different genomes in the virus, it is called a quintuple reassortant (also known as reassortment) virus. The three types of swine flu genetic material in the A-H1N1/09 pandemic flu are American swine flu, Asian swine flu, and European swine flu.
