Okay, to have triplets on the sims 2 is simple, really. All you do is bring up the cheat box. You know, Ctrl+Shift+C. Then type in this: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. Make sure you spell everything correctly. Then you need to right click on your mom or dad and go to Spawn . . . then Tombstone of L and D. Go to your dad's face and click on the tombstone then click on something that says: Merge Genetics with . . . THen click on your wife's face. Do the same to the mom, but a few sim minutes later. okay? After that the pregnancy music will play. If you want to speed up the pregnancy just click on the tombstone again and select: Speed up my Pregnancy. The dad and mom will both become pregnant. The dad will start to go into 'labor' first. bring up the cheat box again: Ctrl+Shift+C and this time type in: forcetwins. The dad will give birth to twins, and the mom will give birth to one child. The babies will be triplets and will grow up together on the same day at the same time. Just remember, if you want triplets, make the mom's genetics merge a few seconds (sim minutes) after you merge the dads. If you want quadruplets, do the same thing, but make the parent's genectics murge in the same minute. Then they both will go into 'labor' at the same time, and when you put in 'forcetwins' they will both have twins: quads. Hope this helped. Good luck with all your babies!

Well YES but it is hard...I once have them but It was years ago...and I only had them once...but if you want 5 family members in your family follow these steps

(1st) Make a family of 3 a mom a dad and make a todler then put them in a house

(2nd) now get mom pregnant then as soon as she's (almost) going to have her baby Do the forcetwins cheat and there a family of 5 hope that helps!!!

To make sure that your sim will have twins you have to have 10,000 lifetime wishes and for 10,000 lifetime wishes it will say fertility treatment you purchase that lifetime wish reward and you might have 2 or 3 babies and its very rare but you can have 4.

It is possible to have twins and you do not need freetime in order to do it.

The most simple way is number one, but if you have the required expansion packs, they will also work too.

Remember that for cheat number 1 and 3, you must use the code,

"boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true". (without the quotations)

To get into the the cheat area, hold down: Ctrl- Shift- C

And then type in the code above...

1) Get up the cheat bar (Ctrl -> Shift -> C) Type in: forcetwins (Your sim must be pregnant!)

2) If you hove Open For Business have the pregnant sim eat lots of cheesecake.

3) You can also fool around with the Tombstone of Life and Death if you're willing to open up the world of boolprop.

yes nd i will tell u how. 1 apple=1 boy so 3 apples=3 boys. if u want girls do the same but with watermelons(this doesnt work with ghost babies*). u can buy them from the grocery store but make sure u eat them while your sim is pregnant.

*look up how to get a ghost baby.

^^ THIS ANSWER IS CORRECT BUT CAN BE IMPROVED:To get triplets (trust me, mine worked without me looking at the cheats!), Eat 5 Watermelons and 2 Apples. This is how you will get Boy Triplets. I'm not so sure how to get girl triplets but I'm guessing its the other way round.

well on the ps3 you have to get fertility treatment to have twins or triplets, you get fertility treatment by opening the status panel and go onto the traits part then at the bottom there is a tab called lifetime rewards go onto that and click the lifetime rewards button the scroll down and there should be a button saying fertility treatment click that and you are now able to have twins or triplets:) hope this helped:)

Yes, your sims can have triplets even though it is unlikely to happen without you doing anything. Here a some ways to boost your chance of having triplets.

• Purchase the fertility treatment in the lifetime point awards
• Watch the kids channel on your TV
• Listen to the kids station on the radio
• Listening to the kids radio station and the kids channel at the same time is even better

Also, did you know that if you eat three servings of apples, you are more likely to get a boy? And if you eat three servings of watermelon, you will most likely get a girl!

They can only have twins, the cheat for triplets and quads does not work. However, If you have The Sims 3, you can have triplets.
