yeah u can. you just have to put in this cheat- "force_twins". to get the cheat window to come up hold crtl+shift+c and it will appear at the top of the screen. just enter that in and press enter then if there is enough room on your lot you should get twins!! you can even have 4 babies if u get this mod from thesimsmods.com. good luck with the kids!!
