No, actually, you can not have a mate at all in WolfQuest's multiplayer. WolfQuest is an educational game where you learn about the life of wolves, it is unacceptable and unsafe to have a mate in multiplayer and you could get banned.
Note to the previous answer: If you mean two different singleplayer games that is fine. But if you mean two accounts for mating in multiplayer, it is not. Multiple accounts and mating are not allowed.
