You can be unbanned by horse Isle by going to Help and typing in your problem tell them someone went on your account and you got banned. Then you wait for a reply also they will email you if they ask for your email so then you wait about 2 days then they will unbann you. If they do not unbann you then you will be banned for either 6 monthes or forever. Don't try 100 times a day just keep checking for mail and always go to the help sign to see if you got a reply.
