I never tried but it might work so do not worry and why would you need to know?
You can personalize a book by engraving a name into the cover(if its hard cover). Or you could add embroidery to the book. Embellish it by adding pictures and stickers to it , write a personal message or a quote on the inside of the front or back cover. If you do not want to stick or glue anything onto the book but still make it personable then you could also purchase a book cover and decorate that.
if the binding / back is solid, simply glue the back of the section with elmers glue and put it back with the book closed. Put enough glue on the back to do the job but don't overdo it with gobs of glue or it will run out onto the sections on either side. If the binding is loose and 'bows out' when you open the book, squirt the glue down there and swish it around with a model paint brush then close it up (put a little glue on the back of the section if the squirted glue didn't cover much of it) Close the book with a weight and shove it against the wall to press the back of the binding shut if it won't stay closed.
Use super glue, or a clear epoxy
The mirror has a removable clip on the end of it. Glue this piece onto the windshield using a special glue made just for this. You can buy it at most auto parts stores. Once it is dry, you can slide the mirror back onto the clip. The mirror has a removable clip on the end of it. Glue this piece onto the windshield using a special glue made just for this. To stick shells onto a pot, you can use strong adhesive glue that is safe for outdoor use. Apply a generous amount of glue to the back of the shell and press it firmly onto the pot. Allow the glue to dry completely before moving or handling the pot.

To effectively glue the sole back on your shoe, first clean both the sole and the shoe surface. Apply a strong adhesive like shoe glue evenly on both surfaces. Press the sole firmly onto the shoe and let it dry according to the glue instructions. Avoid wearing the shoe until the glue has fully set to ensure a secure bond.
If you use an all purpose glue or synthetic glue it should be fine.
Liquid white glue should help. If not, then I have no clue.
