Absolutely not ! They would never co-exist in the wild (coming from different continents), and therefore should never be caged together in captivity ! Besides which - they require completely different living conditions in their natural environments, and it would be impossible to create a vivarium that caters for both species at the same time.
A boa can eat a ball python... It's happened before. I'm not sure if pythons could eat boas though. I don't think pythons are cannibalistic.
