That's fine. It's the best way to change the start day. There's no change in effectiveness if you start the next one early. Just don't ever let more than seven days pass without a ring.
You can put in a new Nuva Ring immediately after the last one. You may not have any withdrawal bleeding that month, or you may have spotting. You will not be at higher risk of pregnancy by putting in a new ring early.
