If you mean the Homebrew Channel, then yes. Just use Bannerbomb (http://bannerbomb.qoid.us) and the HackMii Installer (http://www.bootmii.org)
This may not be right, but i think its possible to downgrade your wii version, either by yourself or by taking it to a video game shop, and you can Google homebrewing a wii, i know you need a wii, Zelda twilight princess game and a wii compatible sd card

There is also one other Legend of Zelda wii game: Skyward Sword.

Technically, it is possible. WAD Manager, an app for wii homebrew, installs .wad files on your wii. These are pretty much wii channel files. It normally is used to install wiiware or VC games on wii, downloaded from the internet. It is also used to boot wii games without the actual disc. I can't tell you where to get the file, though.
There are two Legend of Zelda Wii games along with a little disk you can buy called Link's Crossbow Training. The two games are The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess (Wii, Gamecube) and The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword. . Teto~
Zelda Twilight Princess
The Wii accessory used for the Zelda Wii game is the Arm Link. The Wii remote and Nunchuk controllers are used for a variety of game activities like fishing and weapon aiming.
Skyward Sword will probably be the last Zelda game for the Wii because this year the Wii is supposed to be replaced with the Wii U. The next Zelda game is supposed to be for the 3DS, followed by a game for the Wii U, but not a lot is known about those games yet.
You can only use the Wii Remote and Nunchuk for The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess on the Nintendo Wii.
