it actually depends somewhat on how tall the building is . I actually saw a man jump from the roof of a 3 storey bldg. and all he did was break his ankle. real question is are you prepared to jump off a building... you might need to take a few precautions.

∙ 12y agoYes. It depends on what you land upon and how you land upon it. During US paratrooper training just before D-Day, a certain jumper's parachute(s) failed during a jump from 1,000 feet. He landed flat on his back and bounced six feet high. He sustained broken bones and internal injuries, but lived to tell the tale.
