If you actually want to get pregnant you need somewhere to have woohoo. Bed, hot-tub,elevator(late night) or whatever. You would need your sims to go on the bed, then cuddle, then try for a baby. This can happen on any lot as ling as your sims are the only ones in the room. But no you can't just get pregnant from kissing. You have 2 kiss then have woohoo. :)
