If, by 'together' you mean keeping them both in the same enclosure - then no ! Either the dog will eat the snake - or vice-versa if the snake is a big one !

Prairie dogs can help keep snakes out of their underground burrows by maintaining a complex system of tunnels and entrances that are difficult for larger predators to navigate. They also use their keen senses to detect the presence of snakes and emit alarm calls to warn other prairie dogs. Additionally, the prairie dog's social structure and cooperative behavior enable them to defend their colonies against intruders, including snakes. Their burrowing habits can create a less hospitable environment for snakes, making it harder for them to access their homes.

Some dogs may try to eat snakes out of curiosity or as a form of play, but this can be dangerous as snakes can be poisonous and pose a risk to the dog's health. It's important to keep a close eye on your dog when outdoors in areas where snakes are present to prevent any potential encounters.
It varies among individual dogs, but in general, most dogs have a natural instinct to chase and potentially harm snakes due to their movement and behavior. However, a snake's appearance and scent may deter some dogs from approaching or showing interest in them. It's important to always supervise your dog around snakes to prevent any potential harm.
You shouldn't use dogs to keep snakes away from you, there is no particular breed that could do that. Also, the dog could be bitten and killed by a venomous snake. If you don't like snakes that much then move to Hawaii where there are no snakes, due to the population of mongooses.
Most prairie dogs would'nt attack snakes . But I know that snakes will attack them if they had the chance I've seen many videos of it on Youtube
