Yes varieties of parrots live in Fiji and is endangered species. People cannot keep them as pets, kill for experiment or other scientific findings.
YES! they do actually. I have a yellow crowned amazon parrot and I keep thinking that she is pooping on my shoulder when she sits there because she makes this noise like she is passing her droppings and then I turn around and there is nothing there. Don't try to stop them in any way from doing this even though it is obnoxious sometimes. It could be their way of passing sickness.
You can keep myna birds, parrots, canary, finches, caiques, and quite a few others.
Budgies are territorial and may nip at a Princess Parrot, Princess Parrots are quiet timid birds. In response to a budgie nipping at them their bigger beak could do some damage to a budgie. I have read that due to Cockatiels having a calm nature like Princess Parrots that they can be housed together, but don't house females together as this can prompt egg laying and then you have a whole new set of health issues such as a egg bound bird to deal with.
