You would be wilfully sinning if you had the attitude that you'll not try to avoid sinning and keep 'repentance' as a handy tool for avoiding any consequences or to 'keep a foot in the door' of Heaven. Such an attitude may indicate you are not saved. It is impossible to avoid sinning entirely but a Christian who is walking a right path will be grieved when they do sin and will ask forgiveness because they are distressed by the sin and earnestly avoid the possibility of repeating it. Salvation is not lost if such is the attitude and forgiveness has no limit. Further, they will restore any damage their sin caused as far as possible.

Does a Christian lose their salvation into heaven if they keep sinning?

Absolutely NOT. For if a Christian lost their salvation by continually sinning then no one would ever be saved as we are all sinners and fall short of the glory of God. This does not mean, however, that we can sin and not realise the consequences. Christians should always strive to have a repentant heart and to do their utmost to become more Christ-like, but we are saved not through what WE do but by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ in the Cross. By his blood we are saved and not through our own efforts (Rom 9). Therefore, if we sin, we ask for and will receive God's forgiveness if we are truly repentant. If we sin again, we will still receive that forgiveness if we ask for it. How many times? For ever. For all sin. For all time. For as many times as we ask for it. "How many times should I forgive?" asked one questioner of Jesus, "Seven?". "No," said Jesus - "seventy times seven..." . In other words we forgive others constantly and in doing so receive that same forgiveness from God.

What do conservative baptists believe about eternal security?

They believe once saved always saved and you cannot lose your salvation once you are born again by the Holy Spirit. This is based on the scriptures. See John 10:27 through verse 30.

Did King Saul lose his salvation when he disobeyed God?

The concept of salvation does not appear in the Old Testament; it is introduced in the New Testament. We are told that it is bad to disobey God, but nothing in the story of King Saul suggests that this would have caused him to lose his salvation. The whole issue of how people get saved if they lived and died at an earlier historical period than that of Jesus Christ is somewhat complicated and has involved the concept of purgatory, where the soul of King Saul presumably was sent, pending his salvation.
