Yes all your characters will be on there, but you will be unable to log into your account, when you start to re subscribe you will then be able to play on your characters again :)
You can't buy WoW characters..they don't come as an accessory to your account. All characters must exist on a WoW account of some sort.
No, you do not lose any characters when you upgrade your account. The only times you lose your characters is if you happen to delete them, or if Blizzard bans your account and deletes them.
get an authenticator
If you mean fees as in to keep your account open, then you have to pay.
You can purchase a WOW account on the Internet from a website that sells it or from a person that is selling their WOW account. ArmoryBids, and Buymmoaccounts are two good websites that sells WOW accounts.

If you tried to upgrade your trial account but accidentally created a new WoW game in your battle.net account, the best thing to do is contact customer service. Explain them that you would like the characters from your trial account moved to your new account instead. If you had wanted to use the RAF feature instead, instead tell them that you would like to make use of the RAF feature and that you would like to know if it is possible for your trial account to be upgraded with the information in your second account, to keep the possibilities of the RAF feature. In either case, it is likely you will be asked for identification and the authentication key of your new WoW account, so keep them close when contacting them.
WOW, more fully known as World of Warcraft, characters are many and varied. Images of these interesting WOW characters can be found on websites such as Google Images.
World of Warcraft: Yes, you can change to other realms and create characters to play without losing the characters on your other realms. Just remember, there is currently a 50 characters per account limit to each account, and only 10 (11 when Mist of Pandaria releases) characters per realm.
If you want to cancel your World of Warcraft account, then just stop paying for it. When you stop paying for it, then your account will freeze. When your account is frozen, your character keeps all the gear, gold, items that it has......you just cant play it...till you start paying for the account again.
To download WOW MOP you must have a WOW account and the expansion purchased. After that all you do is login to Battle.net, go to account page, select your account, then click install wow client on the right plane.
If you mean merging 2 wow accounts so all the characters are available from 1 account, that is not possible. It is, however, possible to merge up to 8 WoW accounts under a single Battle.net account. You can do this by going into your Battle.net account and adding your second WoW account to it. This can only be done if both accounts are registered under the same name. You will still have to log into an account separately to access different characters, but you can start up WoW twice, and log in to a different account with each session. Addendum:The above answer isn't correct. You can certainly merge 2 accounts as long as your name is registered to both. The only exception to this I believe is if one of the accounts belongs to a minor over whom you have guardianship.
