All questions are anonymous on this site, it seems. I cannot see who it is that is asking this. You can keep all of your answers anonymous as well, by not logging-in.
At present, there is no capability for that, nor is it likely that any feature like that would ever be installed. The purpose of this site is to exchange information, not hide them and keep it secret from others.

Questions that receive no answers or for which no answer was chosen as best on Yahoo Answers are removed after a certain number of days to keep server space free for active questions and answers. It is a form of site editing they employ.
