Of course, anyone could learn and practice Witchcraft. You don't have to be in a bloodline of Witches. The whole thing about Lineage Witches is about someone being initiated to a tradition, and considered a member of the lineage of the Craft, So you get all the secrets. You could also find a good teacher, or a good book on the craft and start learning. It is more practicing than learning.

As stated above Family traditions in Witchcraft do exist, have for generations, and they are a wonderful system, but they are not the only way to learn witchcraft.
Where I differ from the above is that the Craft is a continual learning experience. I have the benefit of a Family Tradition, the teachings of a Shaman, and decades of reading, practicing, teaching and learning.
I do not claim to have all the answers, I don't even claim to have all the questions, but I do know the more you learn, from a multitude of sources, the better you will be. I also recommend you find others of like mind to teach, study, learn and practice with.
