Not without the consent of the probation officer and his supervisor. That goes for just getting a furlough permit to leave the state.

As for leaving the country, I never tried doing so but I remember being told you'd have to go back to the sentencing judge and seek permission to do so. The country then would have to be contacted and authorize it to. Even if permission is granted, time would be limited.

Going back to the judge for a furlough will cost money because you'll have to pay an attorney to draft up the paperwork and present it in front of the judge. However, the probationee does not need to be even present in front of the judge.

Just be prepared with a good reason why you're doing so and why whatever time you're asking for is necessary.

Usually, the probation officer will submit a form to a supervisor for approval to leave the state. Don't get yourself in trouble! You need to contact the court and have the court's permission to leave OR, or perhaps to transfer the supervision of your probation to AK.
