yes, you just need the drop brackets for the radius arms
The old F-150s/Broncos have the oil filter way back up in there, not quite as easy as changing the oil on a Honda is it? My truck is lifted, so I usually get on a creeper and manage to wedge my arm above the inner tie rods and am able to get to it. If you don't have long arms you may be best off jacking it up, I think the radius arms would be in the way if you try and get at it from the side.
