There is absolutely no evidence what so ever that any life has ever been on the moon. If life did live on the moon it would be so different from anything we thing we consider life.
As fas as is generally known, no one lives on the moon. Several people have visited, stayed a few hours or days, then left. And that was decades ago.
No, the moon is not dangerous. We can be born on earth, live out or lives, and die without ever being in danger because of the moon. In some ways the moon affects earth (tides), but not in a way that most people would consider it (the moon) to be dangerous.
