No. Hoarding cats (or any other animals) is very unhealthy. Some people go to jail for hoarding animals. People can't take care of that many cats and their house turns into a dump and stinks really bad and cats get ill. And most get thin or die from heat or starvation. If you have aggressive cats they may kill each other.
