Other than by surgical intervention, you cannot naturally lose 5 pounds in 30 minutes.
Run for 30 minutes a day
to lose a certain amount of weight in a week is pretty simple all you have to do is stick to a diet, no candies, no sweet juices, no fatty foods. also you have to exercise daily for at least 30 minutes.
There is no way you can take 30 pounds off in less than a week. Best you can do, and keep it off, is 2 pounds a week. The first 5-8 pounds is water weight and then the real weight comes off little by little, but 30 pounds is impossible.
yes because you are sweating, and when you are sweating you are breaking down food. trust me ...exercise for more than about 30 minutes nonstop......you can lose about 5 pounds of fat!!
just work out a lot and eat lots of healthy foods
You cannot lose 5 pounds by fasting for one day.
Here are some examples: If you are male and need to lose more than 30 pounds, you can plan on around 10 or more pounds in the first 7 days. I have seen men lose as much as 12. If you need to lose around 15 pounds, you can plan on losing about 7 pounds the first week. If you are a woman and need to lose around 60 pounds, you can most likely plan on losing 12 pounds the first week. If you need to lose about 30 or less pounds you will most likely lose around 5 to 7 pounds the first week. The above situations are based on doing the HCG Diet correctly!
The Atkins diet is best for quick loss of lbs, normally 12 lbs in a week your 1st week then a lb a day the rest of your diet.Unless you are extremely obese there is no way you can lose 30 pounds in 3 weeks.don't eat up to more than 2,000 calories each day an drink Lots of water, fruits ,an vegetables. also go on a daily run and exercise for 30 minutes each day.
30 lbs would seem reasonable for that height, more or less depending on your frame of course.
depends on how tall you are... i weighed 98, and i was 5 foot 1 inch????????
To lose 10 pounds in two weeks means your average daily weight loss would be about three quarters of a pound per day. Since one pound of adipose tissue -- fat -- is equivalent to 3500 calories, you'd have to run a daily calorie deficit of 2500 calories. That's a bunch! Unless you are grossly overeating, eliminating that many calories from your daily diet will not be realistic, so you will need to increase your activity as well as reduce your intake. If you increase your activity by 1250 calories (or so) and reduce your intake by a like amount, you could achieve your goal.
