No you need a DVD burrner
DVD-Burners are backward compatible. They can also be used to burn CD's. There have also been made a lot of varieties of DVD players that can burn CD's but not DVD's.
you need a dvd compatible disc not a cd
It is impossible to make an audio DVD that would play in a CD player. DVDs are made for DVD players, not CD players. You could use iTunes to make a Data DVD, but that still wouldn't play in a CD player. It might not even play in a DVD player. Sorry, you'll probably have to stick with CDs for audio.

The simple answer is you can't. A DVD-r is physically different from a CD. You can use it in many ways like a CD, but in the end, it is not a CD, and you will only be able to use it in a DVD drive or player, regardless of what you do to it. They are apples and oranges. Both edible, but not really comparable beyond that.
Using a audio DVD extractor like Handbrke to do this job ...
No! The eye is only formatted to TT2 CD device (CD's) U can play CD's in a DVD device.

Its better for you to make a DVD video using Windows DVD Maker(my opinion). To make a video CD you have to just make a Data CD and burn the video so you can use in another computer. If you dont have a program to burn cds and dvds you should get Nero.
the dvd you watch to and the cd you listen to.
All CD's and DVD's are read-only unless they are specified "re-writable".
The majority of PS2 games are on DVD. There are a few on CD and a few that are on Dual Layer DVD but the majority are just on regular DVD's. Not to mention even if you make a copy of the game you will have to make an alteration to it so it reads the disk.
