Depending on what you mean, that could be complicted. If you mean to mak a fafiction based on NAruto, or douginshii, you can find them in picture format on art websites like Deviantart.com or Sheezyart.com. If you want them in writtn format, there is Fanfiction.net. Ifyou mean anime like the kind you watch on TV, there alread is one. The "Naruto" you watch on TV is actually based from the manga, created before the anime. In fact, until around book seven, all the art was done by hand by the atist, Masashi Kishimoto. On a lighter note, I could do it, being a writer and an artist, also I know almost eerything there is to know about Naruto.
