You need the soaked expansion pack.

How Do They Do It - 2006 Space Shuttle Roller Coaster Pool Table 3-2 was released on: USA: 21 February 2007
You must have the Soaked! expansion pack to build a water slide. If you don't have it, you can't build a waterslide. And as well when you have it its like a coaster obeying those laws of physics. Tycoon3 Plantinum comes with both. Must be made into a pool
well if you are using the soaked expansion pack you just need to make sure you have a pool not a lake ( you can tell as a pool you can add a diving board or lights to it) and just make sure you aim the end of the ride at the pool ( i usually go diagonally downwards into a pool) and then just exit the editor and after setting it up you should open it and if you did it correctly it will stay open and the people will just be shot into the pool and start swimming. ( if you did it incorrectly it should automatically shutdown and display a message saying "(ride name)'s exit does not end in a pool" and it should automatically shutdown the ride.
Rct3 Gold comes with an expansion, SOAKED!, that allows you to build waterslides, pool complexes, new flatrides, and new types of coasters like motorbike coasters. There is also a Platinum version that comes with the SOAKED! expansion and the WILD! expansion. WILD allows you to build zoos, and many new flat rides and coaster types.

To install a solar blanket with a roller, first, position the roller at one end of the pool, ensuring it's securely mounted. Unroll the solar blanket over the pool's surface, aligning it properly with the edges. Attach the blanket to the roller, usually through a series of clips or straps, and then use the roller mechanism to roll the blanket up for storage when not in use. Finally, ensure it's tightly secured to prevent any slipping during operation.
